How to Make a Line
Click the Freehand Tool (F5) in the Toolbox
Click off (not pressed) mouse on an empty area and sliding sideways
By press the Ctrl key on the keyboard move the mouse slightly upward then press submit
and will result in a horizontal straight line as shown below
Object lines are still in a state of foxes selected line thickness 1.0 mm eg
The result is like this
