Steps as follows.
Import material with wood texture of computer
or googling first if not there or other images may also, It is just a sample wong scar ...!

Type the letter Z with the Arial Black font using the Text tool in the Toolbox to set the exact size of this place amid the wood texture image

Select All (Ctrl + A) both the object and click Intersect on the Property Bar, then discard the black letter Z

This is the result of Inersect letter Z, then press Bitmap> Convert to Bitmap (do not forget to put a grass / check on Transparent Background)> click OK
Next click Edit Bitmap ( will be redirected to the Corel Photo Paint). here its processes;
Click on the Menu Bar Effects> Texture> Plastic ...
Effect dialog box appears so that the Plastic and set the parameters according to the creations and click OK
Then press the SAVE icon and close the application Corel Photo Paint.
Done, about the end result as shown below
